บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. พัฒนาระบบจองห้องเรียนออนไลน์โดยใช้ Google Workspace สำหรับคณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น 2. ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบในด้านการออกแบบ การใช้งาน และความเหมาะสมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 3. ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อการใช้ระบบจองห้องเรียนออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาคือ Google Workspace และ Apps Script สำหรับเขียนโปรแกรม Google Sheets ในการเก็บข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 5 คน และกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน คือบุคลากรและนักศึกษา 80 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงควบคู่กับแบบตามความสะดวก เนื่องจากเป็นการเลือกผู้ใช้งานที่เข้ามาทดลองใช้งานระบบจริง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจโดยผู้ใช้งานระบบจริง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระบบจองห้องเรียนออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ Google Sites, Forms, Sheets, Calendar และ Apps Script สามารถสร้างกระบวนการทำงานอัตโนมัติที่ช่วยแก้ปัญหาการจองซ้ำซ้อน, ตรวจสอบสถานะห้องว่างได้แบบ Real-time, และแจ้งผลการจองผ่านอีเมลได้ทันที 2. ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.70, S.D. = 0.36) 3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.65, S.D. = 0.46) โดยด้านประโยชน์และประสิทธิภาพของระบบได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงสุด ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.72, S.D. = 0.40) ผลลัพธ์ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการประยุกต์ใช้แพลตฟอร์มที่คุ้นเคยและไม่มีต้นทุนเป็นแนวทางที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสำหรับสถาบันการศึกษาในการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล
