Announcement of Publication Terms:
1. Manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo a preliminary review by the editorial board to assess their relevance to the journal’s scope and compliance with the required manuscript format and writing style. Manuscripts that pass the preliminary review will be forwarded for quality evaluation by at least two qualified peer reviewers who possess expertise in the relevant fields and are affiliated with various institutions. The manuscript must receive approval from at least two peer reviewers. The review process follows a Double-Blind Peer Review system, in which the reviewers do not know the identities of the author(s), and the author(s) do not know the identities of the reviewers.
2. The editorial board reserves the right not to consider manuscripts that have been previously published in other journals or publications, or that are currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. In addition, the journal requires that all manuscripts strictly comply with the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). If content from other authors is used, proper attribution must be provided. Such content must not be modified or used for commercial purposes. Permission must be obtained from the copyright holder, and a written permission letter must be submitted to the editorial board prior to publication.

1) Application of computers and technology for research, development, and creation.
The scopes include computer science, information technology, digital technology, business computing, computer studies, multimedia technology, logic, mathematics, and others related to it, including technology, or innovation for problem-solving, or increasing efficiency for research, development, and creation.

2) Education and integration of computers and technology into lifelong learning.
The scopes include learning ecosystem management, innovation, computers, and technology to enhance the promotion of lifelong learning.

3) Interdisciplinary computers and technology for local and social development.

The Journal of Computer and Creative Technology announce the publication fees and the instructions for the article processing charges (APCs) steps for the publication fee as follows:

The publication fees are as follows:
- Research articles/academic articles in Thai: 3,500 THB per article.
- Research articles/academic articles in English: 4,500 THB per article.
(The article publication fees will be charged for journals submitted to the system from Vol. 3 No. 2 on June 16th, 2025, onwards.)

Instructions of the article processing charges (APCs) payment steps are as follows:
1. Authors are requested to submit document files via the ThaiJo system in Word format (1 file).
2. Initial review: The editorial board will review the article after the document files are submitted. If the article meets the journal's scope and format, which passed the initial review, the journal will notify the author to pay the publication fee before sending it to assess the quality by reviewers.
3. After transferring the payment via a bank account, please send the information of the author's name, title, and transfer slip via the journal system.

Open call for articles in regular issue of vol. 3 no. 1 for the months of January to April 2025.

The Journal scheduled to be 3 volume per year as follows: No. 1 for the months of January to April | No. 2 for the months of May to August | No. 3 for the months of September to December.

The scopes of the journal as follows:
- Applying computers and technology for research, development, and creativity.
- Education and integration into lifelong learning.
- Interdisciplinary studies for local and social development.

There are two types of article including research articles and academic articles.
The accepting publication of articles is in Thai language and English articles.

The publishing articles conditions as follows:
The submitted article will be initially reviewed by the editorial team regarding the scope of the journal and the writing style. The article that have passed the initial consideration, it will be sent for quality evaluation by a committee of three peer reviewers with expertise in relevant fields from various institutions. The article must got pass result from two reviewers. The evaluating articles is double-blind peer review format.
The editorial board reserves the copyright and will not consider and evaluate the articles that previously had published in other journals or publications. Moreover, the artilce situation which currently being considered for publication in other journals or publications will not consider and evaluate too. In addition, the journal requests that authors strictly write articles under the Creative Commons licenses (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International : CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
