Licensing and Copyright

DEFINITIONS
Owner” means Surindra Rajabhat University, Thailand.
Publisher” means the Department of Computer Education, Faculty of Science and Technology, Surindra Rajabhat University, Thailand.
Journal” means the Journal of Computer and Creative Technology.
Author” means the corresponding author signing this Agreement and, where applicable, acting on behalf of all Co-authors.
Contribution” means the manuscript submitted for publication, including its accepted and final published versions.

A. COPYRIGHT TRANSFER

Upon acceptance of the Contribution for publication, the Author and each Co-author hereby assign and transfer to Surindra Rajabhat University all copyright in and to the Contribution for the entire term of copyright and any extensions or renewals thereof, throughout the world.

The transferred rights include the rights to publish, republish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, display, archive, preserve, translate, format, index, and otherwise use the Contribution in any medium or format, and to authorize or license third parties to exercise such rights.

Upon transfer, Surindra Rajabhat University shall be the copyright owner of the Contribution.

The Publisher is responsible for publishing and disseminating the Contribution through the Journal on behalf of the Owner.

If the Contribution is rejected, withdrawn before publication, or otherwise not accepted for publication, this Agreement shall have no effect, and copyright shall remain with the Author and Co-authors.

B. CO-AUTHORS

If the Contribution has more than one author, the Author signing this Agreement confirms that all Co-authors have agreed to its terms, including the transfer of copyright to the Owner, and have authorized the Author to sign on their behalf.

Evidence of such authorization shall be provided to the Owner upon request.

C. CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE

The Owner authorizes the Publisher to make the final published Contribution available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This license permits users to copy and redistribute the published Contribution with appropriate attribution, provided that it is not used for commercial purposes and no modified or derivative material is distributed.

The Creative Commons license does not transfer copyright ownership. Copyright remains with Surindra Rajabhat University.

D. RIGHTS RETAINED BY AUTHORS

The Author and Co-authors retain a) patent and other proprietary rights other than copyright; b) the right to be identified and credited as authors; c) the right to use reasonable portions of the Contribution for teaching, presentations, research, theses, dissertations, and future scholarly works, with appropriate citation; and d) any moral rights that cannot be transferred or waived under applicable law.

E. COPYRIGHT NOTICE

The final published Contribution shall include the following notice:

Published by the Department of Computer Education, Faculty of Science and Technology, Surindra Rajabhat University, Thailand.

Licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

Any permitted use of the published Contribution must include an appropriate citation to the original publication.

F. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-GENERATED CONTENT

If AI tools are used in preparing the Contribution: a) AI tools shall not be listed as authors; b) significant use of AI shall be appropriately disclosed, except for routine spelling, grammar, or language editing; c) the Author and Co-authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and citation of the Contribution; and d) the Editor may determine whether such use complies with Journal policy.

G. EDITORIAL AND PUBLICATION RIGHTS

The Journal and Publisher may require reasonable editorial revisions before publication.

In accordance with Journal policies and applicable publication ethics standards, the Journal may issue corrections, expressions of concern, retractions, withdrawals, or other appropriate notices after publication.

H. GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS AND GRANTS

Any rights legally retained by a government agency or funding body shall remain unaffected by this Agreement.

The Author must disclose any contractual, statutory, funding, or institutional requirements that may restrict the transfer of copyright.

I. AUTHOR REPRESENTATIONS

The Author represents, on behalf of all Co-authors, that: a) the Contribution is original; b) all authors have the legal authority to transfer copyright; c) all qualified authors are properly identified; d) all Co-authors have agreed to this Agreement; e) the Contribution is not under consideration elsewhere; f) all necessary permissions for third-party copyrighted material have been obtained; g) the Contribution does not knowingly infringe the rights of others; h) all data and materials have been lawfully obtained and used; and i) all conflicts of interest and funding sources have been appropriately disclosed.

J. DATA PROTECTION

The Owner, Publisher, and Journal may collect and process personal information necessary for manuscript submission, peer review, publication, indexing, archiving, and scholarly communication.

Such information shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

K. ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURE

By signing this Agreement, the Author confirms that the terms of this Agreement have been read, understood, and accepted.

Where there are multiple authors, the Author confirms that all Co-authors have agreed to the terms of this Agreement and have authorized the Author to sign on their behalf.

The Author and each Co-author hereby assign and transfer all copyright in and to the Contribution to Surindra Rajabhat University upon acceptance of the Contribution for publication.

Electronic signatures shall have the same effect as handwritten signatures to the extent permitted by applicable law.
