Journal Objectives:
The objectives are to promote and support the teachers, scholars, students, and interested personnel to have the opportunity to publish academic works.
The journal will accept to consider the article which is in the journal scopes as follows:
1) Application of computers and technology for research, development, and creation.
The scopes include computer science, information technology, digital technology, business computing, computer studies, multimedia technology, logic, mathematics, and others related to it, including technology, or innovation for problem-solving, or increasing efficiency for research, development, and creation.
2) Education and integration of computers and technology into lifelong learning.
The scopes include learning ecosystem management, innovation, computers, and technology to enhance the promotion of lifelong learning.
3) Interdisciplinary computers and technology for local and social development.
The scopes include interdisciplinary studies and integration of computer and technology knowledge, including skills required for career, local and social development, improving the quality of life for individuals, communities, societies, national and international.
Article Publication Schedules:
The article publication schedules three issues per Year/ Month:
Issue 1: January to April
Issue 2: May to August
Issue 3: September to December
The journal publishes 11 - 15 articles per issue and it will start from 2025 onwards.

The article types are divided into 2 types research articles and academic articles.

Publication Terms:
1. The publication terms will be considered by the journal editors regarding the article scope, and article writing style to pass the preliminary review and will be sent for the evaluation of the article quality by a panel of 2 qualified peer reviewers on expertise in related fields from various institutions, and must pass the consideration criteria of 2 qualified peer reviewers. The evaluation format is an anonymous expert evaluation and the author(s) is an unknown expert (Double-Blind Peer Reviews).
2. The editors reserve the right not to consider articles that have been published in other journals or publications or are under consideration for publication in other journals or publications. In addition, the journal requests that the author(s) strictly adhere to Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International: CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. If using other authors' information, the source must be stated, not modified, or not used for commercial purposes, permission from the copyright owner must be sought, and a letter of permission must be presented to the editorial team before the article is published.
The article processing charges (APCs) are as follows:
- Research articles/academic articles in Thai: 3,500 THB per article. (Approximately USD 110 is required)
- Research articles/academic articles in English: 4,500 THB per article. (Approximately USD 140 is required)

Revenue Sources
The Journal operates under a transparent, sustainable revenue model in accordance with international standards for ethical publishing and editorial independence. Information regarding the journal’s revenue sources and publication fees is publicly disclosed on the journal’s official website. The journal is primarily supported through Article Processing Charges (APCs), which are applied only to manuscripts that have passed preliminary screening and entered the peer-review process. Payment of APCs does not influence editorial decisions and does not guarantee acceptance for publication. In addition, the journal may receive support from universities or academic faculties to strengthen administrative management and technical infrastructure. No revenue source compromises the independence, fairness, or integrity of the editorial and peer-review process.
Open Access Policy
The Journal of Computer and Creative Technology is a journal with an open access policy. The journal provides free access to information, including free of charge, and can be accessed worldwide through the internet network. The readers can read, download, and print articles for free, and the original publication must be properly and appropriately referenced.
Ownership & Governance
Surindra Rajabhat University is the owner of the Journal of Computer and Creative Technology and provides support for journal operations, administrative management, technical infrastructure, and financial resources. The University has established clear and transparent regulations for article processing charges (APCs) to ensure accountability in revenue collection. Financial management is strictly separated from editorial decision-making. The Editorial Board operates independently and transparently, adhering to international publishing ethics and standards. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers to ensure fairness, objectivity, and academic quality. The journal is published under an open access model and is committed to promoting the wide dissemination of scholarly knowledge and fostering academic collaboration at both national and international levels.

Upon acceptance, authors transfer copyright of their articles to the Journal of Computer and Creative Technology. Advertising
The journal adopts a transparent and ethical advertising policy. Only advertisements that are appropriate and relevant to the journal’s academic scope—such as academic conferences, educational programs, journal networks, and journal support tools—are considered. Decisions regarding advertising are made by the Editorial Board or a designated committee based on relevance and quality. Advertising has no influence on editorial decisions or the peer-review process, thereby preserving editorial independence and the academic integrity of published articles. All advertisements are clearly separated from scholarly content, displayed in designated areas, and are not linked to specific articles or reader behavior. The journal is committed to professionalism, ethical standards, and a clear separation between advertising and editorial content in accordance with international publishing practices.

The journal conducts direct marketing activities through journal announcements and social media platforms for promotional purposes, in accordance with principles of ethics and transparency. 🟠 2023 (2566): The journal opened for submissions on 1 January under Editor Asst. Prof. Dr. Warit Nuannang. On 1 September, submissions moved to ThaiJO and the journal adopted a full Open Access policy. ISSN (Print & Online) were granted on 4 September, and by 30 December the journal published 15 articles across 3 issues via ThaiJO.
🟠 2024 (2567): On 1 January, Dr. Wijittra Potisarn was appointed Editor-in-Chief with a revised editorial board. On 5 January, the journal received DOI approval from NRCT (10.14456/jcct.xxxx.xx). Editorial advisors and support teams were updated on 2 November.
🟠 2025 (2568): The journal achieved DOAJ indexing (16 January) and updated indexing in BASE, EBSCO, Google Scholar (20 January), ROAD (3 June), and TCI Tier 2 (13 June). The first editorial board meeting of the year was held on 16 July, DOAJ indexing was reaffirmed on 25 August, and Crossref DOI (10.65205/jcct.xxxx.xx) was approved on 22 October.
🟠 2026 (2569): Effective 1 January, all articles require review by at least two qualified reviewers using double-blind peer review. The journal also adopted an article-number–based DOI format (10.65205/jcct.YYYY.eX). On 6 January, indexing information was updated in Scilit, Dimensions, and OpenAlex.
