บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับโรงเรียนเครือข่ายฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของคณะครุศาสตร์และการพัฒนามนุษย์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ โดยมีแนวคิดจากปัญหาการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์ อาจารย์นิเทศก์ และโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ยังขาดระบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ทำให้เกิดข้อจำกัดในการบริหารจัดการและการตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบายอย่างเป็นระบบ งานวิจัยนี้จึงพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศตามวงจรการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ SDLC โดยใช้ Google Apps Script เป็นเครื่องมือพัฒนา และ Google Sheets เป็นฐานข้อมูลหลัก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 10 คนในการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ และผู้ใช้งานระบบจำนวน 254 คน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอาจารย์นิเทศก์ 20 คน และนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์ 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจและแบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 9126 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพในระดับ “มากที่สุด” โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.53 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.51 ส่วนผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานพบว่าอยู่ในระดับ “มากที่สุด” เช่นกัน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.56 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.45 สะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของระบบในการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในระดับคณะหรือเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
