งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 4 ประการ ได้แก่ ข้อที่หนึ่งเพื่อพัฒนาห้องเรียนดิจิทัลผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ เรื่องการใช้ TikTok เพื่อการตลาดสำหรับผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา โรงเรียนโสตศึกษา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ข้อที่สองเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของห้องเรียนดิจิทัลดังกล่าว ข้อที่สามเพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ TikTok เพื่อการตลาด และข้อที่สี่เพื่อประเมินทักษะในการพัฒนา TikTok เพื่อการตลาดของผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนโสตศึกษา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ สื่อการสอนออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับการใช้ TikTok เพื่อการตลาด แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน แบบฝึกทักษะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบ วิลคอกซัน และค่าร้อยละ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ห้องเรียนดิจิทัลผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 1.51 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์เมกุยแกนส์ ทั้งนี้ผู้เรียนที่ใช้ห้องเรียนดิจิทัลผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ เรื่องการใช้ TikTok เพื่อการตลาดมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ พบว่า ผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาที่เรียนรู้ด้วยห้องเรียนดิจิทัลผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ เรื่องการใช้ TikTok เพื่อการตลาด มีทักษะในการสร้าง TikTok คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.9 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ (ร้อยละ 50)
