CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING ACTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT COMPETENCY OF TEACHERS IN SCHOOL UNDER NAKHON RATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of creative leadership of school administrators; 2) the level of active learning management competency of teachers; 3) the relationships between creative leadership of school administrators and active learning management competency of teachers; and 4) creative leadership of school administrators affecting active learning management competency of teachers in schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research sample consisted of 333 teachers in schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size and then simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire on the levels of creative leadership of school administrator and proactive learning management competency of teacher, The questionnaire demonstrated a reliability coefficient of 0.98, Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s simple correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that 1) both the overall and specific aspects of creative leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level. 2) the overall and specific aspects of active learning management of the teachers was rated at the high level. 3) creative leadership of the school administrators correlated positively at the moderate level (r = .506) with active learning management competency of the teachers, which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance; and 4) creative leadership of the school administrators significantly affected active learning management competency of the teachers at the .01 level of statistical significance; and creative leadership of the school administrators could predict active learning management competency of the teachers by 25.30 percent.
