การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการแนวทางการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพครูในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพครูในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้ Aba Teachers University เป็นกรณีศึกษา ประชากรในการศึกษานี้คือครู 494 คนสำหรับการสอบสวนความต้องการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูจำนวน 233 คน ที่กำลังสอนอยู่ที่ครูอาปา มณฑลเสฉวน ในมหาวิทยาลัยครูอาปา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากเทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย สำหรับการสอบสวนความต้องการใช้แบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลและข้อมูลที่รวบรวมวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำเสนอในรูปแบบการนับความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
นอกจากนี้ ระดับคะแนนของ Likert ยังใช้เพื่อประเมินระดับหรือระดับของความต้องการอีกด้วย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการแนวทางการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อการส่งเสริมอาชีพการสอนสำหรับครูในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ได้รับการจัดอันดับอยู่ในระดับ “สูงสุด” และ
2) แนวทางการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่สร้างขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพครูครูกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ จำนวน 5 หน่วย ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมวิชาชีพครูในพื้นที่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ของจีน 2) สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันและปัญหาการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมวิชาชีพครูในพื้นที่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ของจีน
3) ลักษณะ สภาพแวดล้อม และพฤติกรรมของการพัฒนาอาชีพและการส่งเสริมอาชีพครูในพื้นที่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ของจีน 4) มาตรการและแนวทางที่มีประสิทธิผลสำหรับการพัฒนาวิชาชีพและการส่งเสริมครูในพื้นที่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ของจีน และ 5) การดำเนินการตามมาตรการพัฒนา และกลไกการตอบรับ ทั้ง 5 หน่วยได้รับการประเมินความถูกต้องและเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาตาม IOC โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้ง 3 ท่าน
