The objectives of this research were to study (1) Study Management of professional learning community in Siprachan "Methipramuk" School Under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Suphanburi and (2) Study development approaches Management of professional learning community in Siprachan "Methipramuk" School Under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Suphanburi, the population used in the study there were 50 administrators and teachers. The instrument used to collect data was Opinion questionnaire and structured interview Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Content analysis.</p> <p>The research results found that</p> <ol> <li>Management of the professional learning community at Siprachan "Methipramuk" School, under the Office of the Secondary Education Area, Suphanburi, found that the highest average score was openness to advice about work performance, at the highest level, followed by cooperation among members of the professional community, and the lowest average score was compliance with common goals, at a high level.</li> <li>Guidelines for the management of professional learning communities in Siprachan "Methipramuk" School, Suphanburi Secondary Education Area Office The results could be discussed as follows: (1) School administrators should create understanding for all school personnel to be aware of and understand the goals together School Vision and Mission. The sample consisted of 297 school administrators and teachers selected from a population of 1,306 individuals using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with an overall reliability score of 0.927. The data were analyzed using statistical methods such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of management skills of the administrators was high, with the highest average score in educational and teaching skills, followed by conceptual skills, while cognitive knowledge skills had the lowest average score; 2) the overall level of internal quality assurance operations in schools was high, with the highest average score in setting educational standards, followed by the implementation of information technology systems to support management and learning, while the lowest average score was in creating physical and social environments conducive to quality learning; and 3) the management skills of the administrators had a significant impact on the internal quality assurance operations in schools under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.890. The factors that most influenced quality assurance operations were, in order of impact, technical skills, cognitive knowledge skills, human skills, and educational and teaching skills. The study sample consisted of 297 school administrators and teachers selected from a population of 1,306 using stratified proportional sampling. The research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using statistical software, employing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a t-test for dependent samples.</p> <p>The research findings indicated that: 1) Teachers' expectations regarding using the Q-info technology system in schools under the Chumphon Primary Educational Services Area Office 2 were at a high level. Among the different aspects considered, the highest expectation was for the system to support teachers in becoming lifelong learners, followed by expectations for enhancing student supervision, increasing equal educational opportunities for the future, and gaining trust from parents and the community, which had the lowest average score. 2) Teachers' overall satisfaction with the use of the Q-info technology system in schools under the Chumphon Primary Educational Services Area Office 2 was also at a high level. The sample consisted of 297 school administrators and teachers selected from a population of 1,105 individuals using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with an overall reliability score of 0.923. The data were analyzed using statistical methods such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of strategic leadership of administrators was high, with the highest average score in supporting an effective organizational culture, followed by balancing organizational control, while the lowest average score was in strategic direction setting; 2) the overall level of factors motivating teachers' work performance was high, with the highest average score in achievement, followed by advancement, while the lowest average score was in recognition; and 3) the strategic leadership of administrators significantly affected the factors motivating teachers' work performance in schools under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.887. Ethical conduct, strategic direction setting, supporting an effective organizational culture, and managing organizational resources were the most influential factors in predicting work motivation. The overall average was at a high level. (1) Planning was considered a key factor in successfullymanaging child development centers. The study population consisted of 15 school administrators and 148 teachers in Dan Chang Educational Consortium. The research instruments were opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.</p> <p>The research results found that:</p> <ol> <li class="show">1. Innovative leadership of school administrators at Danchang consortium under Suphanburi. The findings revealed that the overall level of innovative leadership was high. When considering each dimension, the highest average was found in risk management, followed by the use of information and communication technology. The lowest average appeared in the dimension of promoting an innovative organizational climate.</li> </ol> <p>2. The research instruments were questionnaires and structured interviews, with 6 experts interviewed.</p> <p>The results of the research found that:</p> <ol> <li class="show">Academic administration in the use of media and technology for education of schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Ratchaburi Province, the overall average score is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average score was educational innovation, followed by educational media, and the lowest was educational technology.</li> <li class="show">Development guidelines that 3 experts agreed on regarding academic administration in the use of media and technology for education of schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Ratchaburi Province, are as follows: (1) Administrators evaluate the media and technology used to match the indicators that teachers teach. The population consisted of 147 teachers from two schools: 111 from Banhar Chaemsai Witthaya 1 School and 36 from Sarakhom Sobhon Pittaya School. Data were collected using opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. The data were analyzed using frequency, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.</p> <p class="" data-start="780" data-end="809">The findings revealed that:</p> <ol data-start="810" data-end="2018"> <li class="" data-start="810" data-end="1125"> <p class="" data-start="813" data-end="1125">The overall level of school administrators’ administration in accordance with good governance principles was high. Among the individual aspects, transparency received the highest average rating, followed by responsibility, while decentralization received the lowest average but was still rated at a high level.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1126" data-end="2018"> <p class="" data-start="1129" data-end="2018">Guidelines for developing good governance in school administration included: (1) establishing a clear problem-solving and risk management process, (2) developing operational manuals to clarify task responsibilities, (3) promoting staff and student participation in community activities and involving the Basic Education Committee in school planning, (4) maintaining data on students and stakeholders to guide strategic planning, (5) ensuring information access and transparency, (6) fostering discipline in task and personnel management, (7) integrating risk management into school culture, (8) continuously developing and implementing innovative plans or projects, and (9) creating administrative manuals aligned with government regulations, collaboratively developed and clearly communicated. The population in this study included 111 participants, consisting of school administrators (6 people) and teachers (106 people). Data were collected using two questionnaires and structured interviews. The data analysis involved frequency, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.</p> <p class="" data-start="745" data-end="1270">The findings revealed that the overall academic leadership of the administrators was at a high level. Specifically, the aspect with the highest average score was curriculum implementation coordination, followed by communication of school goals, setting school goals, monitoring student progress, teaching supervision and evaluation, teacher incentives, academic development, control over teaching time, and promotion of professional development. The respondents in this research were divided into 2 groups; namely, 31) 219 students’ parents; 2) 34teachers teaching in kindergarten. obtained through stratified random sampling technique. Liucheng Kindergarten was used as a case study. The research instruments employed in this study were: 1) questionnaires with questions with 5 rating scales, and 2) a set of questions for the 3 specialists of focus group discussion. The information and data collected were analyzed and presented in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of this study indicated that: 1) Master the influencing factors of preschool language learning and the characteristics of preschool language learning were rated at the “Hight Level”. In addition, needs of conduct language training activities in daily life. were also rated at the “Hight” level. 2) The constructed Guidelines for Chinese Language Learning Activities of 3 units; namely, 1) Language ability training goals for children aged 3 to 6 years. 2) Integrate resources in various fields and sort out the collection of language activities in children's daily life, which is divided into two parts: kindergarten and family. 3)Improve the existing language evaluation standards. All of the three units were evaluated and approved by the specialists in terms of correctness and suitability of the contents and presented in terms the IOC values ranging from 0.67 to 1.00. The sample for this survey consisted of 309 students and 28 teachers. Respondents' opinions were assessed using a five-point Likert rating scale, and the collected data and information were analyzed, interpreted, and then presented in the form of frequency counts, percentages, mean, and standard deviations. The correctness and applicability of the instruction manual for improving students' drawing ability were evaluated through content analysis of the opinions and ideas of the three focus group discussions, and it was approved by the I0C (Conformance Index) Faculty of Education. The key findings of this study are as follows: 1) Art teaching helps to cultivate students' imagination and observation skills. In the process of art teaching, students' imagination and observation skills are extremely important. 2) Art teaching helps to guide the development of students' interests, and interests are the best teachers. How to stimulate students' interest in learning is an important factor in art teaching.
