Time Management of School Administrators Under 23rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) Time Management of School Administrators Under The 23^rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan 2) guidelines for Time Management of School Administrators under the 23^rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample group consists of 175 government teachers and educational personnel in the 23^rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. The statistics used for data analysis from the questionnaire were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and structured interview analysis.

        The finding were as follows: 1) Time Management of School Administrators under the 23^rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan was at a high level 2) The guidelines for development Time Management of School Administrators under the 23^rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan, consist of 5 guidelines, including: 1)support and promoting knowledge among teachers responsible for projects/activities, 2) Studying the importance of each activity in order of priority, from most to least important, 3)Understanding the context of the work to determine the appropriateness of each activity, 4) Encouraging everyone to participate in planning, thinking, and doing to achieve the set goals, 5) Each aspect of the work should have a clearly defined responsibility team.
