Abstract

Innovation is important in many areas of education .This is because in the globalized world, the world is changing in every aspect rapidly. Especially advances in both technology and information. Education therefore needs to be developed and changed from the existing education system. To keep up to date changes in technology and changing social conditions. In addition, to solve some educational problems that arise effectively as well. Changes in education therefore need to be studied about educational innovations that will be used to solve some educational problems. The production and development of new media to respond to human learning to increase with a shorter period of time. Therefore, the application of innovation in the education management system contributes to the efficient use of learning resources. I have developed educational institution management with innovative ideas Innovation Management “TIPPEP” There are 6 steps : Step 1 Team Work , Step 2 Integration ,  Step 3 Plan , Step 4 Participation , Step 5 Evaluation and Step 6 Public relations.
