CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF NAWAMINTHRACHINUTHIT SUANKULARBWITTAYALAI PATHUMTHANI SCHOOL

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) creative leadership of school administrators at Nawamintrachinuthit Suankularb Wittayalai Pathum Thani School and 2) guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators at Nawamintrachinuthit Suankularb Wittayalai Pathum Thani School. The population consisted of school administrators and teachers at Nawamintrachinuthit Suankularb Wittayalai Pathum Thani School, totaling 101 people. The tools used for data collection were opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. The statistics used for data collection included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis..

The research results found that

1. The overall average score for creative leadership among administrators at Nawamintrachinuthit Suankularb Wittayalai School, Pathum Thani, was at a high level. When considering each component, the highest average score was collaborative problem-solving, followed by imagining the future, and the lowest was data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
2. The development of creative leadership among administrators at Nawamintrachinuthit Suankularb Wittayalai School, Pathum Thani, includes the following approaches: 1) Administrators promote training and development in research and innovation skills for teachers; 2) Administrators should emphasize decision-making based on the school's collective benefit rather than responding to the needs of any individual or group; 3) Administrators promote a culture of continuous learning and development; 4) Administrators serve as role models; 5) Administrators ask questions that guide teachers through systematic analytical thinking and the use of empirical data to find answers; and 6) Administrators organize workshops on data analysis instruments.
