Motivation for the work of the teacher school network 56, Bangkoknoi District, under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

This study aimed to investigate 1) the work motivation of civil servant teachers in the 56th network of schools in Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 2) guidelines for developing the motivation of civil servant teachers in the 56th network of schools in Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, using standards and content analysis. The research population consisted of 75 individuals. Data collection instruments were questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis from the structured interviews. The research findings showed that 1) the overall work motivation of civil servant teachers in the 56th network of schools in Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, had a high average score. Considering each aspect individually, the aspect of job characteristics had the highest average score, followed by the aspect of receiving recognition. The aspect with the lowest average score was the aspect of responsibility. 2) Guidelines for developing the work motivation of civil servant teachers in the 56th network of schools in Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, were suggested: (1) Collaborative creation of guidelines for analyzing problems and finding solutions for personnel. (2) The application of democratic principles in the workplace, including listening to and accepting feedback. Considering the opinions of others. (3) Work willingly and provide assistance to colleagues and accept and listen to the opinions of others. (4) Work willingly and provide assistance to colleagues and accept and listen to the opinions of others. (5) Tasks should be distributed to all personnel so that they can fully dedicate themselves to their assigned tasks. (6) The importance and value of promotion based on performance should be explained. (7) The guidelines for development or promotion according to various criteria should be clearly studied and explained to personnel so that they understand them clearly.
