Abstract

ABSTRACT

            This study aimed to: (1) examine the transformational leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Sakaeo , and (2) explore guidelines for developing the transformational leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Sakaeo. The population consisted of 826 individuals, including teachers at school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Sakaeo. The sample group, comprising 265 participants, was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table for sample size estimation. Research instruments included a structured questionnaire and a structured interview guide, The data wereanalyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The Research results found that

  1. The transformational leadership of school administrators under the SaKaeo Secondary Educational Service Area Office was, on the whole, at a high level. When considering each aspect individually, the highest average was found in the area of idealized influence, followed by intellectual stimulation, and the lowest average was in inspirational motivation.

2.The proposed guidelines for developing the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Sa Kaeo Secondary Educational Service Area Office there are multiple ways. are as follows.  1) We should set clear goals and communicate them consistently.  2)  We should foster a sense of ownership and empower decision-making. 3) We should promote collaboration and build positive relationships. 4) We should provide autonomy in work and assign challenging tasks. 5) We should offer support and provide constructive feedback.  6) We should celebrate success and listen with an open mind.  7) We should build understanding and highlight the necessity of change. 8) We should welcome opinions and foster participation. 9) We should create a culture that encourages experimentation and accepts mistakes.10)  We should understand the needs and potential of each individual. 11)  We should assign tasks that align with interests. 12) W
