Transformational Leadership of School Administrators of Research Educational Institutions, Group 3 The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1

This research aimed to study (1) transformational leadership of school administrators in secondary schools in Group 3 under the Bangkok Metropolitan Secondary Education Service Area Office 1 and (2) guidelines for developing transformational leadership of school administrators in secondary schools in Group 3 under the Bangkok Metropolitan Secondary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample used in the study was 234 teachers. The research instruments were opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content synthesis from the structured interviews.
The research results showed that:
- The overall mean of transformational leadership of school administrators in secondary schools in Group 3 under the Bangkok Metropolitan Secondary Education Service Area Office 1 was at the highest level.
- The guidelines for developing transformational leadership of school administrators in secondary schools in Group 3 under the Bangkok Metropolitan Secondary Education Service Area Office 1 were as follows: (1) creating and communicating a clear vision, (2) being a good role model, (3) promoting continuous learning and self-development, (4) keeping promises and confidentiality, (5) being proficient in administrative work, and (6) creating clear and powerful shared goals.
