ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research were to study Transformational Leadership of School Administrators
under Office of the Private Education Narathiwat Province The objectives were to study 1) The
transformational leadership of school administrators. 2) Guidelines for the development of transformational
leadership of school administrators under Office of the Private Education Narathiwat. It is a descriptive
research. The sample group used in the study were 123 teachers. The research tool was an opinion
questionnaire, and interview form structured Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage,
mean, standard deviation content analysis
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. The transformational leadership of school administrators under Office of the Private Education
Narathiwat as a whole was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest
mean was The aspect of personal consideration was followed by the aspect of ideological influence and
the lowest was the aspect of intellectual stimulation.
2. It was found that the guideline for the development of transformational leadership of school
administrators under Office of the Private Education Narathiwat From the opinions of the same 3 experts
as follows: 1) study and observe the work abilities of personnel 2) Promote and support the work of
personnel 3) Give advice on the work of all personnel 4) Perform duties with integrity Responsible 5) Access
to friendly assistance 6) Planning for solutions together 7) Implementation of problems 8) Monitoring,
checking, collecting information on solving problems 9) Providing advice and guidelines for helping
personnel 10) Sincerely rejoice in success.
