The Adminitration Of Administartors In Klong yai School Network Center Under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The objective of This research has the objectives 1) to study the administration of administrators in the Klong Yai Educational Network Center 2) to study the development guidelines for the administration of administrators in the Klong Yai Educational Network Center. This independent research is quantitative research. The statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis from the questionnaire.

The research results found that 1) The administration of the administrators  had an overall average score at a high level. When considering each aspect, the highest average score was curriculum development, followed by management process development, measurement and evaluation, and the lowest was media, innovation, and technology development. 2) The guidelines for administration development of the administrators of the Khlong Yai Educational Network Center had multiple approaches, which could be summarized as follows: 1) Educational institution administrators should hold a meeting to plan the development of the educational institution's curriculum. 2) Educational institution administrators should analyze the educational institution's curriculum to see if it is consistent with the problems and needs of students, parents, communities, and society. 3) Educational institution administrators should plan for teaching and learning with content and activities that are consistent with students' interests and abilities. 4) Educational institution administrators promote the development of learning plans according to the content and learning units, focusing on students. 5) Educational institution administrators should hold a meeting to plan. There are guidelines for measuring and evaluating educational institutions to be consistent with the assessment guidelines. 6) School administrators emphasize that teachers measure and evaluate individual learning outcomes in line with the objectives. 7) School administrators encourage teachers to produce and develop innovative teaching media. 8) School administrators encourage teachers to receive training in the development of technological media for use in teaching.teaching.
