Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the internal supervision at WatBangBon School, BangBon District, Bangkok; and 2) study the guidelines for developing internal supervision at WatBangBon School, BangBon District, Bangkok. The population consisted of 50 teachers of WatBangBon School in the academic year 2024. The research instruments were questionnaires and structured interviews, with 3 qualified persons interviewed.

          The research results found that 1. The overall performance of internal supervision at WatBangBon School by administrators and teachers had an average of high in all aspects. When considering each aspect, it was found to be at a high level in all aspects, with the average values from highest to lowest as follows: In terms of curriculum development, it was followed by group work skills development, direct teacher assistance, and had the lowest average value in classroom action research. 2. Guidelines for the development of internal supervision at Wat Bang Bon School, Bang Bon District, Bangkok, include the following development guidelines: 1) Promote teachers to apply technology in using digital media to help in teaching and learning and modern learning equipment. 2) Promote teachers to work together with an emphasis on group processes, as a team and exchanging ideas about supervision and development of teaching methods. 3) Organize training to provide knowledge to teachers in conducting research in the classroom, which is very important for the teaching profession because teachers need to develop the curriculum Teaching methods, motivating teachers to develop teaching methods to solve behavioral problems for students, increasing learning achievements and creating a learning atmosphere to create effective learning.
