Dual Education Management based on Buddhist Principles in Vocational Educational Institutions

Abstract
This academic article aims to present the importance of dual education and the integration of Buddhist principles for the production and development of vocational education personnel, which is essential because vocational education personnel is a key force in creating social value and economic sustainability. In dual education, students spend part of their time in vocational education institutions and part of their practical studies in workplaces. This may be done in both full-scale dual education in the area and outside the area. The dual education system is provided to personnel of workplaces in both dual education systems abroad, but aims to develop students to have morality and ethics, knowledge and intellectual skills, and the ability to perform their duties and apply their knowledge and skills in their professional fields to actual practice.
