Abstract
Leaders must be able to inspire, communicate effectively, and build trust, along with the use of important leadership theories, including Trait Leadership Theory, Behavioral Leadership Theory, Situational Leadership Theory, Transformational Leadership Theory, and Responsive Leadership Theory, which are appropriate for the student care system, which is an important structure to support and promote student success in learning and self-development. Relying on related theories, including Educational Support Theory, Counseling Theory, Student Needs Theory, Creative Learning Theory, and Multi-tiered Support System (MTSS), leads to an understanding of the application of Buddhist principles in educational management and is beneficial to the further development of the quality of education in Thailand, especially in terms of student care. Leadership and student care system refers to the ability of administrators and teachers to jointly create or develop a system to be used in student care and support, whether it is creating inspiration, managing resources, and creating cooperation to develop an effective student care system that responds appropriately to student needs, which affects student development in all aspects, including academic, emotional and mental, and social aspects. Having good leadership in the student care system will help students receive appropriate and effective care and support, which will result in students developing well in academic, emotional and mental, and social aspects, and growing into quality individuals with potential in Continue to create society.
