Main Article Content
Abstract
This article explores the development of the School as Learning Community (SLC) network, which emphasizes the participation of teachers, students, parents, and the community to create an effective and sustainable learning community in schools. The study found that the SLC model helps improve students' academic abilities and social skills by promoting open participation and the exchange of ideas among students, teachers, and the community. The analysis also revealed that the key factors supporting the SLC network include strong leadership, policy support, and the use of technology in learning, while challenges involve resource and time constraints. Finally, the article proposes future development strategies for the SLC network, such as enhancing teachers' skills, integrating technology to support learning, and creating policies that encourage the involvement of all stakeholders in the educational community.
