Starting with the Basic Qualification to Become a Successful Executive in the Digital Age

Abstract

This article aims to present the starting point from basic qualification to become a successful executive in the digital age, including basic qualities of executives, important skills of educational administrators, technology skills for executives, important qualities of executives in the digital age, emphasizing the importance of positive attitudes, leadership skills, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the need to develop technology skills. The study results found that new-age executives must continuously develop themselves in order to lead the organization to grow sustainably and succeed in the era where technology plays an important role effectively. The knowledge gained from the study is: 1) Basic qualification of digital-age executives, 2) The importance of technology, 3) Self-development, 4) The importance of adaptation.
