Abstract
This article aims to propose a Coach-Style leadership that emphasizes teaching management competencies through Kalyanamitta Dhamma VII. Educational management competencies are crucial for developing a high-quality workforce in the country. The integration of these principles clarifies the approach to human resource development through Buddhist teachings. To enhance teachers' capabilities and effectiveness in modern educational administration, administrators must possess contemporary management competencies that align with globalization. They must be creative, capable of analysis, synthesis, and holistic thinking to develop the knowledge, skills, and personal attributes that will influence behavior with Integrating the seven qualities of a virtuous friend into teaching practice serves as a means of enhancing instructional effectiveness. These qualities include: being lovable, respectable, admirable, articulate, patient with criticism, capable of explaining profound matters, and free from corrupting influence. Consequently, it can be concluded that effective education hinges upon adhering to these seven principles, wherein teachers must embody the role of a virtuous friend by cultivating the necessary competencies to foster student achievement.
