พลิกโฉมวิชาชีพครู แนวทางการพัฒนาสู่ความสำเร็จในยุค VUCA

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความท้าทายและนำเสนอแนวทางการพลิกโฉมวิชาชีพครูเพื่อรับมือกับโลกยุค VUCA ซึ่งประกอบด้วยความผันผวน ความไม่แน่นอน ความซับซ้อน และความคลุมเครือ สภาวะดังกล่าวส่งผลให้บทบาทครูแบบดั้งเดิมในฐานะผู้ถ่ายทอดความรู้ ไม่เพียงพออีกต่อไป และจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่บทบาทใหม่คือ ผู้อำนวยการการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการสร้างทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 (4Cs) บทความได้วิเคราะห์แนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นรูปธรรมในการพัฒนาครูผ่านกรณีศึกษา ทั้งในบริบทไทยที่เน้นการใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) เพื่อรับมือความซับซ้อนและความไม่แน่นอน และกรณีศึกษาต่างประเทศ เช่น การสร้างระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของสิงคโปร์ เพื่อรับมือความผันผวน และการใช้ AI เสริมศักยภาพครูในจีนและสหรัฐฯ เพื่อจัดการความคลุมเครือ และได้เสนอแนวทางการสร้างความยั่งยืน ผ่านการเปลี่ยนกระบวนทัศน์ การวัดผลสมรรถนะครูที่เน้นหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และการประเมินผู้เรียนตามสภาพจริง โดยมีเป้าหมายสูงสุดคือการสร้าง วัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ ให้เกิดขึ้นในสถานศึกษา เพื่อให้ครูสามารถพัฒนาตนเองได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและเป็นระบบ
