A STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF MORAL SCHOOL IN UDON THANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE, AREA 3 : A CASE STUDY OF BAN NONG SONG HONG NONG HAEO NON SI SCHOOL

The purposes of research were (1) to study the components of strategic management of Moral Schools, (2) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for strategic management of Moral Schools, and (3) to study guidelines for strategic management of Moral Schools. A qualitative research and a purposive selection method were used in this research. This school was selected because it was the only one school that has passed the criteria for selecting moral schools. It is the only four-star school in Udon Thani province. (Refer to the announcement for the year 2021). The target group were 6 people. They were an administrator, 5 teachers and personnel of Ban Nong Song Hong Nong Haeo Non Si School. The research was conducted in 3 phases according to all 3 objectives. The results were from the information obtained from the interviews. It was concluded with a descriptive and descriptive content analysis, then discussed and summarized the results inductively to find consistency with the theory and presented them.
The results found that (1) the components of strategic management of Ban Nong Song Hong Nong Haeo Non Si School is outstanding in all four aspects according to the conceptual framework obtained from the synthesis in Phase 1: they were1) analyzing the organizational environment, 2) preparing and planning, 3) implementing the plan, and 4) performance evaluation and control stage. As a result, the strategic management of moral school is outstanding and successful. (2) In terms of problems, obstacles, and suggestions, it was found that 1) there was still little cooperation from parents, 2) the problem of the same high workload as other large schools, and 3) the problem of a limited budget and (3) Educational guidelines for strategic management of moral schools was found that the school has effective strategic management even though the operation has problems and obstacles but the school has effective ways of managing and operating within these inevitable limits.
