Aims to synthesize the shifting paradigms and practices of educational supervision in the context of the digital era. Employing a documentary research methodology, this study analyzes relevant research papers, academic articles, and policy documents published between 2015 and the present to ensure the information is current and reflects the dynamics of change. The synthesis reveals a significant paradigm shift from supervision focused on monitoring and control to one emphasizing professional coaching and guidance as a supportive peer , facilitated through digital platforms. Furthermore, key emerging practices include: (1) E-Supervision, which overcomes time and location constraints; (2) Data-Driven Supervision, which utilizes empirical data for decision-making; and (3) Collaborative Networked Supervision, conducted through virtual professional learning communities (PLCs). This article discusses the implications of these transformations and presents policy and practical recommendations for school administrators, educational supervisors, and policymakers to apply modern supervisory frameworks for the sustainable enhancement of educational quality.
