Abstract

This article aims to analyze educational technology in the 21st century and to construct knowledge on the application of technology in managing cultural capital learning within the Office of Arts and Culture, Surindra Rajabhat University. The study employed a documentary research method by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant academic documents to develop new knowledge and insights.

The results revealed that:

  1. Educational technology in the 21st century has continuously evolved and become widely integrated into various educational systems, leading to diverse forms of learning management that respond to global transformations in the digital era. Particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, technology played a crucial role in many sectors, including education, enabling flexible and accessible learning opportunities for all.
  2. The application of technology in managing cultural capital learning within the Office of Arts and Culture, Surindra Rajabhat University, was found to be implemented through two main models:
    (1) Knowledge management and dissemination via the Office’s academic journals, and
    (2) The development of a 360-degree virtual museum program and a Metaverse-based virtual museum, both designed to promote cultural learning through creative digital platforms.
