Abstract

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the components of sustainable leadership among school administrators under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) confirm the development of sustainable leadership components among school administrators under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 3) assess the components of sustainable leadership among school administrators under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research design was qualitative. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and study documents. The results indicated key components of sustainable leadership:1. Diversity; 2. Diversity; 3. Vision; and 4. Media literacy and sustainability in the management process. These components can be applied to develop school administrators with sustainable leadership.

The results revealed that:

Key components of sustainable leadership among school administrators under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 include:

Diversity – accepting and supporting differences in personnel and ideas.

Decentralization – Delegating tasks and creating opportunities for staff to participate in decision-making. Vision – Setting clear direction and inspiring teachers, staff, and students.

Media Literacy – Using information and media critically to support management and decision-making.
