This research aimed to 1) study the management the student support system of special education center and 2) guidelines for management the student support system of special education center educational management efficiency promotion network group 5 under special education bureau The samples used in the research were 118 school administrators and Teacher administrators take care of and help students in center educational management efficiency promotion network group 5 under special education bureau. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity value is 1.00 and reliability 0.98 and group discussion questions. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Content Analysis.
The findings: 1) The overall management the student support system, is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found to be at a high level in every aspect. The average values, ranked from highest to lowest, are prevention and problem solving, followed by student referrals, student promotion and development, knowing students individually, and knowing students individually. 2) Guidelines for management the student support system, found that: 2.1) In terms of knowing students individually, it was found that the educational institution should collect student data individually with appropriate 2.2) In terms of student screening, it was found that the educational institution should classify and screen students according to the guidelines/criteria set by the educational institution, and use the results from classifying. 2.3) In terms of student promotion and development, it was found that there was a plan/project/activity to promote student development and the plan was implemented, and student development activities were organized that were consistent with the information on student screening results of the educational institution. 4) In terms of problem prevention and problem solving, it was found that initial consultations were provided, remedial activities were organized, communication was made with parents in a timely manner, and activities were organized to promote mutual care. 5) in terms of referring students, it was found that educational institutions should have a referral network inside and outside the school with internal.
