DEVELOPING AN ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION MODEL USING THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY PROCESS TO DEVELOP THE QUALITY OF STUDENTS AT MAIYAWITTAYAKHOM SCHOOL

The objective of this research is to develop an academic management model using the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process to improve the quality of students at Mai Ya Witthayakhom School. The research process is divided into four stages (1) Studying the current state of academic management and guidelines for creating an academic management model using the PLC process to enhance student quality at Mai Ya Witthayakhom School. (2) Creating and validating the model. (3) Studying the results of using the model. (4) Evaluating the model.
The research findings are as follows (1) The current state of academic management is at a moderate level overall. The desired state of academic management using the PLC process to enhance student quality at Mai Ya Witthayakhom School is at the highest level overall, with an overall PNI Modified value of 0.85. (2) The academic management model using the PLC process to improve student quality at Mai Ya Witthayakhom School consists of four parts: principles of the model, objectives of the model, content and implementation process according to the model, and success factors. (3) The results of using the academic management model via the PLC process to enhance student quality at Mai Ya Witthayakhom School show that student achievement, as measured by the average score percentage in all learning areas, increased after implementing the model. The students’ scores on the national O-NET test were higher than the national average. The percentage of students exhibiting desirable traits and key competencies improved significantly after using the model. Students received certificates or academic awards as concrete evidence of performance. Teachers’ satisfaction with the model was at the highest level overall. (4) The evaluation of the academic management model using the PLC process to improve student quality at Mai Ya Witthayakhom School indicates that the model’s appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness are at the highest level overall
