Abstract

The purpose of this research was to 1) study and 2) compare school administration of school administrators who utilized Brahmavihara 4 in schools classified by study areas. The samples used in this research consisted of 300 teachers in schools under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by using stratified random sampling according to the study area. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity at 0.67-1.00  and the reliability was at 0.95. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and pair difference test by Scheffe’s method. The statistical significance level was set at 0.05.

         The results found that: 1) School administration according to Brahmavihara 4 of school administrators in schools under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and each aspect was at a high level, sorted in an order as follows; loving-kindness, compassion, equanimity, and sympathetic joy. And 2) The comparison results of school administration according to Brahmavihara 4 of school administrators in schools, classified by difference study area in overall and in each aspect had not significantly different.
