การจัดตั้งบ่อนคาสิโน : บทวิเคราะห์เชิงจริยธรรมจากมุมมองอิสลาม
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CASINOS: AN ETHICAL ANALYSIS FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประเด็นการจัดตั้งบ่อนคาสิโนในประเทศไทยในเชิงจริยธรรมจากมุมมองของศาสนาอิสลาม โดยวิเคราะห์ผ่านหลักคำสอนทางศาสนา แนวคิดด้านจริยธรรมอิสลาม และบริบททางสังคมไทยร่วมสมัย ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า จากหลักฐานทางคัมภีร์อัลกุรอานและหะดีษ การพนันถือเป็นสิ่งต้องห้าม (ฮะรอม) อย่างชัดเจน และมีผลเสียทั้งทางจิตวิญญาณและสังคมอย่างรุนแรง การอนุญาตให้มีคาสิโนในประเทศอาจก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และศีลธรรมของประชาชน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในบริบทของสังคมมุสลิมที่มีกฎเกณฑ์ชัดเจนในการห้ามเล่นการพนันบทความนี้จึงเสนอว่าการดำเนินนโยบายเกี่ยวกับคาสิโนควรคำนึงถึงจริยธรรมศาสนาและผลกระทบเชิงคุณค่าต่อสังคมในภาพรวม
