Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to develop a conceptual framework for conflict management in the digital era to enhance team performance efficiency, based on a review of international academic literature. The proposed framework consists of 1) Causal Factor Technological learning capability influencing conflict management in the digital era. 2) Mediating Variables Digital platform communication mediating the relationship between technological learning capability and conflict management and team spirit mediating the relationship between conflict management and team performance efficiency. 3) Outcome Team performance efficiency resulting from conflict management. This framework offers a foundation for future empirical research and provides practical guidelines for organizations to adapt their conflict management strategies in an era of technological change, thereby maximizing organizational benefits.
