กรอบแนวคิดการจัดการความขัดแย้งในยุคดิจิทัล: ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุ ปัจจัยแทรกและผลลัพธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดการจัดการความขัดแย้งในยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม โดยใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมจากวารสารวิชาการนานาชาติ กรอบแนวคิดที่นำเสนอประกอบด้วย 1) ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุ ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ทางเทคโนโลยีส่งผลต่อการจัดการความขัดแย้งในยุคดิจิทัล 2) ปัจจัยแทรก การสื่อสารผ่านแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลเป็นตัวแปรแทรกระหว่างความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ทางเทคโนโลยีกับการจัดการความขัดแย้งฯ และจิตวิญญาณการทำงานเป็นทีมเป็นตัวแปรแทรกระหว่างการจัดการความขัดแย้งฯ กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม 3) ผลลัพธ์ ประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานเป็นทีมซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากการจัดการความขัดแย้งฯ กรอบแนวคิดนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับการศึกษาเชิงประจักษ์ในอนาคต และเป็นแนวทางให้องค์กรประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการความขัดแย้งในยุคแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี สร้างเสริมประสิทธิภาพทีมให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
