The study on the format of the work manual and the work efficiency of Bachelor of Business Administration students, Management Major, Nan College, Uttaradit Rajabhat university

This research aims to (1) study opinions on the format of the practical work manual and work efficiency of Bachelor of Business Administration students in Management, (2) study opinions on the format of the online work manual and work efficiency of Bachelor of Business Administration students in Management, and (3) compare the work manual model and work efficiency of Bachelor of Business Administration students in Management, Nan College, Uttaradit Rajabhat University. This quantitative research study involved a population of 97 Bachelor of Business Administration students in Management. All data were collected using a questionnaire as the research instrument. Descriptive and inferential statistics analyzed the data.
The research results found that (1) in terms of the practical work manual, there were opinions at a high level, ranked from most to least as content, followed by attitude and usage. (2) in terms of the online work manual, there were opinions at a high level, ranked from most to least as content, followed by usage and attitude. (3) The difference in the format of using the work manual and the different work efficiency of the students had a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000*, which was less than .05, accepting the main hypothesis (H1) that students who used both the practical work manual and online work manual formats had different work efficiency, especially in terms of work quality and cost.
