Developing Strategic Management Guideline for Vocal Music Teaching in the Classroom for Junior Middle School Students at Hong Xinglong Middle School, China

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสำรวจปัญหาและความจำเป็นในการปรับปรุงทักษะการร้อง; 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อยกระดับการสอนดนตรีแกนนำในห้องเรียนสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสำรวจนี้ประกอบด้วยครู 165 คน และนักเรียน 336 คน ใช้การให้คะแนนแบบห้าจุดเพื่อประเมินปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามข้อมูลและสารสนเทศที่เก็บรวบรวมได้รับการวิเคราะห์ อธิบาย และแสดงเป็นความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมีดังนี้ 1) ปัญหาและความต้องการทักษะด้านเสียงอยู่ในระดับ "สูงสุด"; 2) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมการสอนดนตรีแกนนำในห้องเรียนสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมต้น ได้แก่
2.1) พัฒนาทักษะการพูดของนักเรียนโดยการวิเคราะห์ความท้าทายและความต้องการที่นักเรียนในโรงเรียนเผชิญอยู่ในปัจจุบันอย่างครอบคลุม 2.2) รวมกับทฤษฎีและแนวปฏิบัติด้านการศึกษาภาษาล่าสุด 2.3) เสนอกลยุทธ์และวิธีการที่ตรงเป้าหมายและปฏิบัติ 2.4) จัดทำกรอบการทำงานสำหรับ ครูจะวางแผน นำไปใช้ และประเมินกลยุทธ์การสอนเพื่อเพิ่มประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน
2.5) รวมแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเสียงร้องและพิจารณาความต้องการเฉพาะของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2.6) ช่วยให้ครูสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่สนับสนุนและมีส่วนร่วมซึ่งส่งเสริมการเติบโตและการพัฒนาของดนตรี 2.7) การทบทวนวรรณกรรมเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเสียงร้อง การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์อย่างครอบคลุม และกลยุทธ์การสอนสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมต้น
2.8) เพื่อระบุหลักการและแนวปฏิบัติสำคัญที่ควรรวมไว้ในคู่มือนี้ เราจะขอความคิดเห็นของครูแกนนำที่มีประสบการณ์จากโรงเรียนมัธยม Hong Xinglong เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการนำแนวทางนี้ไปใช้ในห้องเรียนมีความเกี่ยวข้องและนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง
