Abstract

      This research The objectives are as follows: 1. To study the academic administration of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan. 2.To study the development guidelines for academic administration of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan. This research is a descriptive research. The sample consisted of teachers in the 79th school network, Bang Khae District Office. under the Bangkok Education Office together with Wat Bunya Pradit School , Bang Chueak Nang School , Bang Phai School , Setthakit Village School , Wat Sala Daeng School , Wat Phrom

Suwan Samakkhi School A random lottery method was used among 132 students. Research tools on academic administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. It is a structured opinion questionnaire and interview form. There are 4 steps in the research methodology, namely (1) population and sample size determination, (2) study variable determination, (3) research tool construction and development, and (4) data collection and data analysis. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            The research findings were as follows : (1) Academic administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan at a high level When considering each side, it was found that The side with the highest mean is Learning Management followed by media development Innovation and Technology and Learning Resources and the lowest was academic supervision within the school (2) Academic Administration Guidelines for Schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration from the recommendation of experts The researcher has synthesized it into projects  that can  be used  for educational institute development as follows: 1) Information Technology Project 2) Personnel Promotion and Development Project 3) Internal Supervision Project 4) Classroom Research Project.
