Abstract

This research is a descriptive research. The objectives are to study 1) the academic administration of Pang Sila Thong Suksa School. Under the jurisdiction of the Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) Guidelines for developing academic administration of Pang Sila Thong Suksa School Under the Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office The research population is educational institution administrators, government teachers, and temporary teachers, a total of 63 people. The research instrument is an opinion questionnaire. and structured interviews. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis

          The results of the research found that 1) Academic administration of Pang Sila Thong Suksa School Under the Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it was at a high level. 2) Guidelines for developing the academic administration of Pang Sila Thong Suksa School. Under the Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office were:, (1) training should be provided to teachers and related persons Use media and learning resources. (2) The curriculum should be prepared with representatives from the basic education institution committee, teachers, parents, and community leaders. and related persons (3) training should be organized for teachers About organizing activity content To be consistent with the interests and aptitudes of the learners.
