ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS OF THE 61st SCHOOL NETWORK IN TALING CHAN DISTRICT UNDER BANGKOK

This research was a descriptive research. The objectives were to study 1) the academic leadership of administrators of the 61st school network in Taling Chan District. Under Bangkok 2) Guidelines for developing academic leadership of administrators of the 61st school network in Taling Chan District Under Bangkok The samples used in the study was School Network Teachers No. 61 in Taling Chan District Under Bangkok, it consists of 5 schools, academic year 2023, with a total of 56 teachers. The research tools were an opinion questionnaire and a structured interview form. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Content analysis
The research results found that
1) Academic leadership of administrators of the 61st school network in Taling Chan District Under Bangkok Overall, the average level is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The highest average was in mission setting. The next average was in the aspect of promoting a teaching and learning atmosphere and the lowest average was in the aspect of monitoring student progress. 2) Guidelines for developing academic leadership of administrators of the 61st school network in Taling Chan District Under Bangkok All 3 experts agreed on the development guidelines as follows: 1) Administrators must have technical skills in performing each task. 2) Organize training in the production of teaching media and monitor the use of media. 3) Create incentives for teachers to participate in planning and designing tools used in supervision. 4) Teachers should have a calendar to track the work assigned to students in the course to report progress to administrators. 5) Allocate educational equipment. The technology aspect was sufficient for the user.
