Abstract
The purposes of this research are to study 1) to study the academic administration conditions of educational institution administrators at Theppamnuay Hatyai School. Under the Office of the Private Education Commission. To study the academic administration guidelines of Theppamnuay Hatyai School. Under the Office of the Private Education Commission Sample group used for study The sample group was 130 teachers and parents of students at Theppamnuay Hatyai School. The instrument used to collect data was Opinion questionnaire and structured interview Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Content analysis.
The research results found that
1) Academic administration of Theppamnuay Hatyai School Under the Office of the Private Education Commission Overall, the average is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The highest average was teaching and learning management in educational institutions, followed by the development and use of technological media for education, and the lowest was measurement and evaluation.
2) Academic administration guidelines of Theppamnuay Hatyai School Under the Office of the Private Education Commission, the guidelines are as follows: 1) Administrators should promote training. Develop teachers to be consistent with teaching and learning activities. 2) Administrators encourage the preparation of learning plans. According to content and learning units, focusing on students as important 3) Administrators have individual evaluations of learning outcomes in all aspects using a variety of methods. 4) Administrators encourage teachers to produce, procure, develop, and use media and technology for teaching and learning. 5) Administrators have knowledge and expertise. Able to organize teaching and learning activities that focus on students.
