The purpose of this research was to study 1) educational institution administration of the administrators of the District Learning Promotion Center in Kanchanaburi Province 2) educational institution administration guidelines of the administrators of the District Learning Promotion Center in Kanchanaburi Province. The population used in the research is educational institution administrators. Civil servant teachers and educational personnel government employee There were 130 people working in the District Learning Center in Kanchanaburi Province. Research tools include: Opinion questionnaire and structured interviews Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis
The research results found that:
- Educational institution administration by administrators of the District Learning Promotion Center in Kanchanaburi Province found that the overall average was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The area with the highest average was personnel management. Followed by general administration. Academic administration and the lowest was budget management.
2.Guidelines for the development of educational institution administration by administrators of the District Learning Promotion Center in Kanchanaburi Province were as follows:
1) Learning resources must be created within the educational institution and coordinate learning resources outside the educational institution that were conducive to student learning. 2) Within educational institutions. Providing welfare in educational institutions for fund members to hold shaves according to their voluntary. Purchase of shaves at the minimum level of the minimum level of therefore fund 3) Administrators support and organize projects for teachers to enter academic status and request promotion to higher academic status. 4) Appoint a committee to evaluate building use. and organizing the environment in every semester
