Abstract

This research is a descriptive research. The objectives of the study are 1) to study the administration of educational institutions using the principles of good governance; Principles of teachers  at District Learning Encouragement Center under Chantaburi Office of Learning Encoragement  2) To study guidelines for developing educational institution administration using the principles of good governance. Principles of teachers  at District Learning Encouragement Center under Chantaburi Office of Learning Encoragement, the population used  in the study is teachers  at District Learning Encouragement Center under Chantaburi Office of Learning Encoragement, totaling 62 people. Tools used in The research consisted of opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Content analysis

          The results of the research found that

1) administration of educational institutions using the principles of good governance Principles of teachers  at District Learning Encouragement Center under Chantaburi Office of Learning Encoragement The overall average is at a high level.

2) Guidelines for managing educational institutions using the principles of good governance Regarding the principles of participation of teachers  at District Learning Encouragement Center under Chantaburi Office of Learning Encoragement All 3 experts with the same opinion proposed the development guidelines as follows. 1) Plan together with administrators to develop the school. 2) Participate in Organize a project to promote student health. 3) Create learning resources that can be used in teaching. in daily life 4) Participate in evaluating school projects for efficiency
