Abstract

Abstract

          This research aims to study 1) the skills of school administrators under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2) Guidelines for developing the skills of school administrators under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office The population used for the study was 34 school administrators and teachers. The instrument used for data collection was Opinion questionnaire and structured interview Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Content analysis.

          The research results found that

          1) Skills of school administrators under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office Overall, the average is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The highest average was 3 for conceptual skills, followed by interpersonal skills, and the lowest was technical skills.

          2) Guidelines for developing the skills of school administrators under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office are as follows: 1) Administrators give advice and encourage teachers to use different techniques and methods to work. 2) Administrators encourage and support everyone in the educational institution to express their opinions at every stage of work. 3) Executives solve various problems. By analyzing various causes.
