Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study 1) management according to the principles of good governance by executives; Under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) Guidelines for developing administration according to the principles of good governance by administrators. Under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the sample group used for the study Teacher under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 There were 196 people. The instrument used to collect data was Opinion questionnaire and structured interview  Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, mean, standard deviation and Content analysis.

          The research results found that

          1) Management according to the principles of good governance by executives Under the jurisdiction of the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall average was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The highest average was for administration according to the principle of transparency, followed by administration according to the principle of value for money, and the lowest was for administration according to the rule of law. 2) Guidelines for developing management according to the principles of good governance of executives Under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1, the guidelines are as follows: 1) Administrators have clear academic management and are in accordance with the core content curriculum. 2) Administrators have behaved as a good example. and teachers and students are encouraged to develop. 3) Administrators provide opportunities for parents and students to participate in various aspects of inspection.                 4) Administrators create policies and school development plans. 5) Administrators manage according to goals. 6) Administrators give importance to Maximum use of resources.
