Abstract
This research aims to study 1) academic leadership of educational institution administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization 2) guidelines for developing academic leadership of educational institution administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization. Sample group used for study There are 192 administrators and teachers. The tools used to collect data are Structured questionnaires and interviews Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Content analysis
The research results found that
1) Academic leadership of educational institution administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization Overall, the average is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The highest average was in curriculum management and teaching, followed by teaching supervision, and the lowest was in mission setting.
2) Guidelines for academic leadership of educational institution administrators under the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization include the following guidelines: 1) Administrators should support and encourage personnel to perform their duties to the best of their ability. Including giving encouragement and being a good example at all times. 2) Administrators should study the school context. community needs Knowledge and abilities of personnel 3) Administrators should have supervision in the form of classroom visits. Ready to give advice to teachers, from preparing various documents to organizing the atmosphere in the classroom. 4) Administrators should support teachers to measure and evaluate students. According to the regulations and requirements for each learning group. 5) Administrators should support materials and provide rewards to encourage personnel.
