Instructional leadership of school administrators of Thidamaepra School Suratthani province

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study the instructional leadership of school administrators of Thidamaepra School Suratthani province and guidelines for developing instructional leadership of school administrators of Thidamaepra School Suratthani province. Using a descriptive research method by collecting data from 127 teachers in Thidamaepra School, Suratthani. The research tool used a questionnaire regarding academic leadership of educational institution administrators in 7 issues. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and deviation standard and Comtent Analysis.            The results of the study found that 1) The instructional leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers at Thidamaepra School, Suratthani as a whole aspect were at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average was educational quality assurance, followed by academic plan communication, and the lowest was teaching curriculum management. 2) Guidelines for instructional leadership of school administrators of Thidamaepra School, Suratthani has several approaches: (1) Analyzing students' reading, writing, and numeracy skills; (2) Analyzing learning achievement data from national test. After at least 3 years to provide information for planning academic work. (3) A questionnaire on satisfaction with the use of the educational institution curriculum is prepared. 4) Encourage teachers to participate in professional learning community (PLC) activities. (5) Survey the careers and aptitudes of parents and invite parents to exchange knowledge with students. (6) Inspect the classroom informally. To talk with teachers and students in a friendly way. (7) A report is prepared to disseminate educational standards to the public.
