The purpose of this research is to study early childhood academic administration and guidelines for developing early childhood academic administration in educational institutions.The sample groups used in the study were administrators and teachers of the educational institution.91schools,a total of 182students.The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding opinions regarding academic administration at the early childhood level. and interview form. There are experiences that promote learning that respond to the nature and development of children. Teachers are encouraged to produce, procure, and develop the use of media and technology for teaching and learning. There is supervision and follow up. and evaluate the production, procurement, and development of media and technology use. There is an individual assessment of every aspect of each child's development using a variety of methods. There is an assessment of children's development according to actual conditions. The results of child development are reported to parents. Have knowledge and ability to organize teaching and learning activities that focus on students. And teaching is observed so that teachers can get information for teaching with supervision using the peer supervision method. or supervisory executive
