TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL PHRANAKHONKHIRI CONSORTIUM UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE PHETCHABURI

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study transformational leadership of School PhraNakhonKhiri Consortium Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi. 2) study guidelines for the development of transformational leadership of School Phranakhonkhiri Consortium Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office Phetchaburi. The sample were 152 teachers in PhraNakhonKhiri Consortium Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi. The instrument were questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistics used in data analysis using frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

          The results of the research found that

          1) The transformational leadership of the administrators of School PhraNakhonKhiri Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi. Overall, the average was at a high level. When considering each aspect it was found that  highest average was the aspect of having an ideological influence, followed by the aspect of intellectual stimulation and the lowest was the aspect of inspiration

          2) Guidelines for the developing of transformational leadership of School PhraNakhonKhiri Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi. There are 4 aspects as follows: Ideological influence School administrators should be sincere. Provide assistance and care to all co-workers equally. Perform duties with the public's interests in mind as the main focus. Inspirational aspect Assign work according to the aptitude, abilities, and potential of personnel. Ready to support and promote Make personnel successful Intellectual stimulation Administrators should take teachers on a study tour of learning resources. or an educational institution that has a working context ad format that is conducive to learning for job development Consideration aspect individuality Praise teachers whenever there is an opportunity to improve their work to create development and performance. teacher success Through various channels of the school and have teacher friends share in praise.
