Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study 1) Leadership of School Administrators In Phetchaburi education service area office 2 and 2) Guidelines for the development of Leadership of School Administrators In Phetchaburi education service area office 2. The sample group were 186 school director and teacher Phetchaburi education service area office 2 in Cha-am province. The instrument was a questionnaire concerning Leadership based on Sergiovanni’s viewpoints and interview form structured. Frequency (f), percentage (%), mean (X), standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test were applied in data analysis.

        The findings of this research were as follows :

1. The Leadership of school  administrators In Phetchaburi education service area office 2 as a whole was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest mean was The aspect of planning was followed by the aspect of principle and the lowest was the aspect of prerequisites

          2. the guideline for the development of leadership of school administrators Phetchaburi education service area office 2 From the opinions of the same 3 experts as follows: 1) Stay in the middle and use relevant information, evidence, and regulation in fair consideration.           2) Create understanding of conflicting parties' problems and have patience in listening and solving problems. 3) Organize actives to build relationship in the organization. 4) Plan a meeting from those involved. Consider budget, time, resources, cooperation. 5) Assign work that is appropriate to the teacher's abilities. 6) Analyze the organization's environment. 7) There is a clear plan. And 8) Assess your own abilities to be appropriate for your goals.
