PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE SANGAHAVATTHU OF INSTITUTION UNDER THE 23rd CLUSTER SCHOOL, BANGKAPI DISTRICT, BANGKOK METROPOLITAN

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) personnel administration according to the Sangahavatthu of institution under the 23rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan 2) guidelines for developing personnel administration according to the Sangahavatthu of institution under the 23rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. the sample group consists of 175 government teachers and educational personnel in the 23rd cluster school, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan. The statistics used for data analysis from the opinionnaires were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and structured interview analysis.

The findings were as follows: 1) Personnel Administration According to The Sangahavatthu of Institution Under The 23rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan were at a high level, 2) the guidelines for development Personnel Administration According to The Sangahavatthu of Institution Under The 23rd Cluster School, Bangkapi District, Bangkok Metropolitan, consist of 6 guidelines, including: 1) School administrators provide opportunities for teachers and staff to participate in expressing opinions, contribute to planning, and make decisions collaboratively in creative teamwork, 2) School administrators create a conducive meeting atmosphere using democratic processes, allowing teachers and staff to participate in expressing opinions together to reduce conflicts and promote acceptance of joint decision-making, 3) School administrators assign tasks according to knowledge and abilities, clearly define responsibilities equally, 4) School administrators esteem and honor teachers, award certificates on various occasions related to training seminars and educational management activities, 5) School administrators participate in problem-solving when errors occur, provide rewards, commendations, and sincere thanks, closely monitor and provide assistance in operation, 6) School administrators coordinate and plan with all relevant parties for the overall benefit of school management.
